Return & Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
- Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used health supplement products.
- Unopened products may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if they are in their original packaging and undamaged.
2. Initiating a Refund Request
- To request a refund for an unopened product, please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for the return.
- Upon approval, we will provide further instructions for returning the product.
3. Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and verify the unopened return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part or the product was defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations.
- Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.

Note: For extra precautions regarding the safety of our customers, we will not put returned items, even unopened ones, back into inventory for sale.
